To foster a strong and productive working relationship, a minimum commitment of 20-30 hours per month from your side is required. For our services, we establish contract commitments with a minimum duration of either 6 months or 12 months. To ensure a smooth transition and proper planning, we require a 30-day minimum notice from clients intending not to renew their contracts. This advance notice allows both parties to adequately prepare for the conclusion of services. If the required 30-day notice is not provided, AIVL will charge the full amount of the monthly contract fee as a termination fee. This policy helps us maintain the quality and continuity of our services while respecting the planning and resource allocation that goes into managing your social media effectively.
